Most in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days. Custom-painted fiberglass, fabricated aluminum, and other special items may take additional time to ship. All listed prices include shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the United States. International orders will receive a 10% discount off listed prices and will be quoted actual shipping and handling to their destination.
If an item isn’t the perfect match, it can be returned for a refund to your original payment method within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returns are not covered for shipping or provided with a shipping label. Certain items cannot be returned, including clearance items, custom products, items marked as "Painted to Order” on the product page, planters that have been installed or planted in, large planters measuring 24" or larger in length, width, height, or diameter, GreenLine Aluminum planters, and planters with drilled drainage holes.
A damaged planter can be replaced within 7 days of shipment as long as it hasn't been installed/planted and is returned in the original packaging.
